What is it we do?
I feel like I'm full of catch-phrases most days. I'm constantly explaining what I do in my business and more importantly, what I don't do. Most of my work outside motorsport is for owner operated businesses doing 1m+ in revenue per year, almost exclusively off word of mouth.
The business operation is substantially better than what their online presence suggests.
The business has hit some sort of ceiling. Staffing, market penetration, inbound leads, sales volume. Any number of specific issues.
The business is preparing for something. Opening, selling, rebranding, moving, downsizing or upsizing.
We spend anywhere from 1 hour to 1 week understanding your business. How is it run? Who is the customer? Why are they buying? Why are they not buying?
From there I build a media strategy that actually pulls on the right levers. Sometimes that means a single flagship piece. Sometimes a 4 week campaign. Sometimes a 12 month organic content strategy.
I came through marketing, not production. That means I tend to ask different questions before shooting than most producers. About your business. About your customer. About the actual problem you are trying to solve.
Media production is a tool to solve a problem.
A video for video's sake is no fun for anyone.
I'm not the right service for everyone. Some businesses, more than most care to admit, have problems that marketing doesn't solve. I'm always trying to figure out whether what I do is the right tool for the problem in front of me.
